Hands of Light , A Time For You

Hands offering a heart icon, symbolizing feeling rested and cared for

Rest & Renewal

Feel deeply cared for as your system settles. Gentle, consent-led touch and presence invite deep relaxation, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and at ease.

Clarity & Lightness

A brief guided check-in and mindful awareness help declutter the mind and reconnect breath, body, and intention—so your inner guidance becomes easier to hear.

Flow & Release

Slow, Kundalini-informed sequencing moves awareness through the body’s energy centers, inviting the softening and release of held tension and stuck patterns—so energy can flow again.

What You May Experience

Gentle, consent-led sessions blend Reiki, Kundalini awareness, Tantric energy principles, hypnosis-informed suggestion, breathwork, and meditation. We begin with a brief, focused conversation to clarify your intentions and where attention is most needed—many clients find this dialogue itself grounding and clarifying.

Clients report a felt sense of calm and care, increased clarity, and renewed flow in the body’s energy centers. Some notice a deeper connection to their inner energy—including moments of awakening—and a softening of long-held patterns.

  • Deep relaxation & nervous-system ease
  • Release of stuck patterns; restored energetic flow
  • Clearer mind and renewed focus
  • Grounded breath, presence, and body awareness

Disclaimer: The experience of energy in this work is inherently subjective and varies from person to person. From a scientific standpoint, current physical models provide limited explanations for subtle-energy phenomena. In parallel with my practice, I participate in research efforts aimed at better characterizing the effects and potential benefits of energy work. Sessions are complementary and non-medical; they are not a substitute for professional healthcare. Experiences vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

The Homarts Method — What You Can Expect

1- Breathwork

Simple, comfortable breath cues—diaphragmatic and nasal—help settle the nervous system and integrate shifts at the beginning and end of the session. If needed, we may incorporate more intensive breathwork to deepen release.

2- Reiki

Gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) Usui Reiki. I begin with Byōsen scanning to sense areas that most need attention, then move through standard hand placements from head to feet, holding each area until the byōsen settles.

3- Kundalini Rising

Grounded attention, breath, and gentle sequencing invite natural base-to-crown flow of vitality and presence. Kundalini is latent energy at the spine’s base that awakens through the central channel (sushumna) under certain conditions.

4- Tantric Principles

Sacred attention, containment, and circulation of subtle energy—consent-led and non-sexual—to support whole-body awareness. May help soften trauma-related blockages and gently reawaken natural sexual vitality.

5- Hypnotic Suggestions

Light, optional suggestions and guided imagery that deepen calm and openness. While fully aware and in control; deep relaxation may naturally shift into a trance-like state that’s ideal for re-programming the subconscious.

6- Meditation

A brief guided meditation at the end helps you wind down, integrate, and carry the benefits into daily life. The key takeaway for the rest of your life is a simple habit of presence in stillness to quiet the mind and soften reactivity.

Sessions Carefully Tailored to You—designed around your conditions, intentions, boundaries, and preferences

With an engineering background, I understand workplace needs. I design on-site or virtual sessions—Reiki beaming, breath breaks, and guided stillness—that deliver calm, focus, and team care.

Why healing became my calling?

Dear reader, as you are reading these testimonials—which to this day still bring me tears of joy and a renewed sense of purpose—please keep in mind that the experience of energy work is very subjective. Ever since I took great steps in my own healing journey, I started helping others with theirs. This was a passion of mine, just like dancing is. Then I met people who were very seriously tending to their wounds—just as I had for many years with little success—until I had my breakthrough. For those people, my gift was drastic, noticeable, and very much life-changing. I had to respond to their appreciation with the reminder that it was they who allowed the gift of healing to move through them. I was only the facilitator, the space-holder, the lucky witness to the magic that unfolded.

These individuals were among the people with whom I have had incredible success. They made me consider leaving my six-figure salary and decades of education (yes: B.S., M.S., Ph.D., Postdoc, professional certificates, awards—you name it, I have it) behind to pursue a new career from scratch. But please do not forget: YOU are the only person who can heal yourself.

The reason I have learned and worked with so many healing modalities is that my own journey into healing was long, and many times I felt that while the session or retreat was great and helpful, it was less than what was advertised—the experience did not live up to the hype. I had to work through that feeling of hurt and betrayal to keep my faith in the positive effects of these modalities and my trust in the good intentions of facilitators and healers. I want to help you without giving you a shred of that feeling of hurt and betrayal.

If you are feeling extreme pain, or stuck patterns you’ve been dealing with for years, yes—you too can be another success story, as long as you take full responsibility for your own life and don’t believe anyone but you can change it. If YOU are committed to doing the work on your own, then I will be honored to walk alongside you and bless you with a gift I feel called—at this moment in your life—to pass on to you.

-Alireza Saatchi, Homa Healing Arts

About Alireza Saatchi, Ph.D.:

I was born in Isfahan, Iran. Professionally, I trained as a material scientist and worked as an engineer. For much of my life I learned to abandon my own feelings and put others first—family, culture, society. That people-pleasing shaped me into an empath who often attracted narcissistic dynamics (like fitting Lego pieces): I got hurt and didn’t acknowledge the hurt, pursuing a life that looked “perfect” from the outside but wasn’t mine.

About five years ago, everything changed. During a tantric practice with my partner—one I didn’t believe in at all before doing—I felt the subtle energy for the first time. I am very capable of gaslighting myself and dismiss what I felt myself, but what I felt passed through my partner and her body responded to it linearly, that part, I was incapable of logically denying. It opened parts of me I’d closed for years. (I used to meditate with Hindu friends and think, “What even are chakras?”) At the time, living out of alignment, I had psychosomatic pain all over. I was cycling weekly through doctors, chiropractor, massage, acupuncture, therapy—and bi-monthly psychiatry. A few months before that energy experience, I’d realized I couldn’t outsource my healing; I began telling providers what I needed rather than reciting problems.

That first tantric experience sent me down the rabbit hole of “what just happened?” and within days I woke into what felt like a near-psychotic state of perception—seeing the world differently, with pain and other symptoms falling away. I later learned language for it: Kundalini awakening. It was the first time I heard the call to become a healer. I vowed not to return to engineering—a vow I broke a few months later under the weight of debt. And yet, that return funded the next chapter: I grew into my identity as a dancer and healer, working with some of the best in the world on both paths—not just through workshops, seminars, and congresses, but also through many hours of 1-to-1 training and coaching with leading teachers worldwide.

Influences & training (selected)

  • Meditation & Kundalini activation: S. N. Goenka (Vipassana), Sadhguru (inner engineering, Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya)
  • Tantra & energy: Retreats, studies and practice hours including 1-1 work with Muktananda Shakti (tens of hours)
  • Mind–body & mindset: Jose Silva, Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza, Iman Sarvarpour (as influences on state, focus, and self-leadership)
  • Modalities I blend: Reiki, Kundalini awareness, Tantric energy principles (non-sexual), hypnosis-informed suggestion, breathwork, and meditation

Today, how I work

I hold quiet, consent-led sessions that meet you where you are—sometimes still, sometimes gently moving; sometimes hands-on, often hands-off. My engineering background keeps me curious and grounded; my arts background keeps me attuned and creative. I don’t promise outcomes. I offer presence, clear boundaries, and practices that invite relaxation, clarity, and flow.

Complementary, non-medical practice; experiences vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.

About Homa:

When the Homa of love casts its shadow upon you,
it raises you from the dust to the heights of heaven’s throne.
— Rumi

In Persian mythology and Sufi symbolism, Homa is the name of a mystical bird with unique and fascinating characteristics. The bird, once risen from the ground, keeps flying with no need to rest or descend, symbolizing its never-ending yearning for the divine. Once its shadow is cast upon someone, it brings kingship, luck, and prosperity. In Persian literature and poetry it symbolizes the constant yearning for the divine, ascension, and a visible sign of invisible blessing.

When I accidentally stumbled upon the healing power of internal energies, I let go of decades-old physical and psychological problems and woke up to the entirety of my own being. There was no turning back, and life was never the same.

Homa is also the name of my friend, mentor, and spiritual mother, who played an instrumental role in my path.
